PURPOSE:To obtain various oriented molded products including a thermosetting resin sheet economically and efficiently, by a method wherein a thermosetting resin foundation is pressurized within a die under a state where a space between the same and the inner surface of the die is kept at a lubricated state, orientated through performance of plug blow and an oriented molded product is cured through heating by keeping a pressurized condition as it is. CONSTITUTION:In the case where an oriented sheet is molded, for example, of a thin foundation economically, after application of a lubricant to the inner surface 6 of a compression die 5 and films 8 nonadhesive to the foundation are put on interfaces each of four sheets of thermosetting resin foundations 7 and both the surfaces of the compression dies 5, which is put between the compression dies 5. After the thermosetting resin foundations 7 have been heated appropriately, biaxial orientation molding of them is performed by performing plug blow of them by compressing them. They are cured through heating by pressurizing and holding at the curing temperature by keeping a pressurized condition as it is and four biaxially oriented sheets 9 are taken out through the compression die 5. Then the biaxially oriented sheets are peeled off, nonadhesive films are peeled off further from the oriented sheets and a thin biaxially oriented sheet 10 is obtained. |
