PURPOSE: To remove a polyurethane film from a cylinder inner wall and prevent the cylinder from being worn greatly due to the metal contact therein by having the cylinder inner wall surface ground and coated with zirconate-ceramic oxide material. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 1 comprises a conical section 2 within an aperture and cylindrical section 3 with holes 4 and 5 at the side away from the aperture. Isocyanate and polyol are fed via holes 4 and 5 from a nozzle to the cylinder. A screw is rotated by a drive vehicle 13 and a drive vehicle 14 is moved to the axis direction in gear with a screw pinion 15 coupled with a cylindrical section 11. The cylinder inner screw thread has a zirconate oxide coating 16 and a screw or a screw web has a zirconate oxide coating 17. A polyurethane film formed on the cylinder inner wall is removed and thus, the polyurethane hardly adheres to the rotating screw web.
