PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for precisely and easily diagnosing a breathing state of a living body based on voice produced by the living body which sleeps.SOLUTION: A breathing state determination device 10 is provided that comprises: a signal acquisition part 110 for acquiring an object signal caused by voice produced by the living body during sleep; an estimation part 140 for estimating a kind of the voice including presence/absence of snore, based on the object signal; a kind determination part 150 for determining the kind of voice based on the estimation result of the estimation part 140; and a breathing state determination part 170 for determining a breathing state of the living body during sleep, based on the determination result of the kind determination part 150. The breathing state determination part 170 determines the breathing state of the living body in a first zone in which it is determined that the living body does not snore, based on the determination result of the kind of the voice in a second zone and in a third zone which are before and after the first zone.
