<p>In a process for adjusting the stability of vehicles in curves, adjustment is based on the variation of the limiting value of the yawing speed as a function of the steering angle; this variation is also a function of the vehicle speed and of the coefficient of friction. When a limiting value associated with a degree of lock of the steering wheel for a given vehicle speed and a given coefficient of friction is not reached, the braking pressure is reduced in order to increase the lateral stability.</p> |
