PURPOSE:To obtain a make-up cosmetic having excellent water resistance, moisture feeling and excellent adhesivity to the skin, by blending a cosmetic with powder treated with an alkoxyalkylsilane compound. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic is blended with powder treated with a compound shown by the formula (a is 1-26; m is 1-3; b is 1-3; n is 1-3). The amount of the compound used is 1-50%, preferably 3-25% based on the powder, the powder is fed to a blender, stirred, mixed or kneaded with a mixed solution of the compound shown by the formula and an organic solvent, dried at 80-90 deg.C and further heat-treated at 110-160 deg.C to give the aimed alkoxyalkylsilane treated powder. |
