A lid (1), in particular for an oil container, has an inner part with locking elements for interaction with a bayonet cam path (6) of the container (5) to be closed. The inner part can be pressed onto the bayonet cam path under spring prestress. It has a base plate (8) with attachment members (15) on the lid (1). Extending from the base plate (8) are elastic arms (10, 11) on whose outer free ends the locking elements (14) are arranged. <IMAGE>
