<p>A transparent conductive ceramics-coated base having a surface resistance of 10?3 to 1011¿ Φ/Θ, a total light transmittance of 85 % or more, and a haze of 10 % or more is disclosed, which is formed by coating on a base a water-organic solvent mixture coating solution containing a partially hydrolyzed product of dialkoxy-bisacetylacetonato zirconium and silicon alkoxide. A process for producing the coated base and a display and a copier using the coated base are also disclosed.</p> |
