PURPOSE: To easily adjust a spring for returning a moving piece to a neutral position for a correct action invariably by moving the moving piece along a groove while compressing the coil spring arranged in the annular groove. CONSTITUTION: A coil spring 24 is arranged in an annular groove 21 having inner wall faces 22, 23 partially protruded to approach together, one end of it is kept in contact with one inner wall face 22, and the other end is kept in contact with the other inner wall face 23. A moving piece 25 is arranged between the inner wall faces 22, 23, and it is made movable CW and CCW along the annular groove 21 while compressing the coil spring 24 in contact with its one end. After the acting force to the moving piece 25 is released, the moving piece 25 is immediately returned to the neutral position correctly by the exciting force of the coil spring 24. |
