A housing 1 consisting of a housing upper part 6 and a housing lower part 7 accommodates a circuit board 2, an emergency transmitter 3 and a coding device 5. The circuit board 2 isolates an electrical power source 4 for the supply of electrical power for the emergency transmitter and the coding device from the emergency transmitter and the coding device, which are both accommodated in the housing upper part 6 while the electrical power source 4 is located in the housing lower part 7. The housing 1 is constructed in a similar manner to a watch casing and is equipped with a supporting wrist strap 21a, 21b.
