PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of the deterioration in quality of amino acid and org. acid during transportation by providing a liquid feed port and a liquid outflow port to the other ends of the 1st and the 2nd columns which have connection joints in the end parts on the one side, and packing cation and anion exchange resins in the 1st and the 2nd columns respectively. CONSTITUTION:A cation exchange resin 2 is packed in the space part around the axial center of the 1st column body 1, and filters 3, 4 are disposed on the top and bottom thereof. An anion exchange resin is packed around the axial center of the 2nd column body 11, and filters 13, 14 are disposed on the top and bottom thereof. A specified amt. of, for example, bio-fluid is sampled, and is inserted into the circular conical part on a circular conical base, from which the sample is injected into the 1st column. The bio-fluid flows gradually in the 1st column tube 21, the 2nd column tube 24, and the hole 23 of a joint 22, and the amino acid in the material constituting said fluid is adsorbed by the cation and anion exchange resins. No impurities are thus made present in the columns or only the negligible amino acid and org. acid are trapped and hermetically sealed therein; therefore, there is no need for cooling the columns during transportation and the cost is reduced. |
