摘要 Reddopac is a highly effective cationic coagulant more efficient than other inorganic coagulants or coagulant/polymer blends. Reddopac depresses pH considerably less than the same dosage of alum or ferric chloride and often eliminates the use of lime or caustic soda for pH control. It is an excellent coagulant that has multiple properties in water and wastewater treatment and can remove multiple pollutants in one single treatment with a lesser dosage per liter. It can precipitate 3-4 heavy metals in a single treatment and can address and passed multiple parameters in one single step. The uniqueness of Reddopac than to the conventional coagulants is based on the highly polymerized cations present in it. That will disperse and attached to every single pollutant present of each water and wastewater and when an anionic or negatively charge polyacrylamide (Polymer) is added, attraction of forces will happen. Thus, making it more concentrated, lesser dosage used per liter, has multiple applications, and can address more parameters in one single treatment.
