The present invention relates to a method for terminal functionalization of phosphorylcholine (PC), comprising a step in which PC with substituted terminal alkene group is made to react with an azide compound via a click chemistry reaction in the presence of a copper catalyst to produce allylsilanated PCs having a substituted terminal group. The present invention provides a synthesis method of allylsilanated PCs, more specifically, methallylsilanated PCs (MASPCs) via a copper-catalyst click reaction, in which the reaction proceeds easily, even in an aqueous system, and produces allylsilanated PCs with a high yield in wide ranges of temperature and pH, while preserving all the functional groups intact during the reaction process. |
