The present invention relates to a sterilization method, and to a device using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sterilization method, and to a sterilization device which can perform the sterilization method. The sterilization method comprises: a step of accommodating a material to be sterilized in a chamber; a low pressure generating step of generating a low pressure atmosphere below the atmospheric pressure by discharging gas from the chamber by using a high speed blower; a first oxidative gas supplying step of supplying oxidative gas to the chamber under low pressure below the atmospheric pressure; a high pressure generating step of generating a high pressure atmosphere over the atmospheric pressure by feeding external gas into the chamber by using a high speed blower; and a second oxidative gas supplying step of supplying oxidative gas to the chamber under high pressure over the atmospheric pressure. According to the present invention, pressure in a chamber is adjusted by a high speed blower without using a vacuum pump, and thus sterilization can be effectively performed. In addition, time consumed in performing sterilization can be decreased, and costs can be reduced. Also, continuous gas circulation in a chamber, which cannot be performed when a vacuum pump is used, is possible, so sterilization can be effectively performed. Moreover, humidity can be easily adjusted during a sterilization process. |
