PURPOSE:To realize a display signal outputting device for displaying data from a data processing device which can conform itself to broadcasting systems of almost all countries in the world, by using two oscillating circuits by switching. CONSTITUTION:The 1st oscillating circuit 11 of a display outputting device 10 oscillates an oscillation frequency which is the product of a horizontal deflection frequency fH=15,734Hz of the M-broadcasting system, optional integer V and 455/2. The 2nd oscillating circuit 12 oscillates an oscillation frequency which is the product of a horizontal deflection frequency fH'=15,625Hz of B-, C-, D-, F--K-, KI-, L-, and N-broadcasting systems, an integer V mentioned above, and 455/2. Outputs of these oscillating circuits 11 and 12 are switched by a switch 13 in accordance with the broadcasting system and displaying data from a data processing device 20 are displayed on a display device 30 or home TV set 50 through a dividing circuit 14 which synchronizes the data to horizontal and vertical synchronizing signals. |
