In a circuit arrangement for measuring disturbances in colour video pictures, in which the video signal passes through a sample-and-hold circuit, a high-pass filter and an amplifier, the output signal of which is fed to an a.c. voltmeter, for the measuring of weak disturbances as well it is provided that the sample-and-hold circuit is preceded by an RGB decoder and that, depending on the colour content of the video signal, one of the three outputs of the RGB decoder is connected to the input of the sample-and-hold circuit. <IMAGE>
