PURPOSE:To output slantly read picture data in a normal state and to correct an inclination in a digital picture input operation by providing two reference points in parallel to a paper surface, calculating the inclination on the basis of those reference points, and correcting the read data by the extent of the inclination. CONSTITUTION:Two crosses of specified size are drawn as the reference points in parallel to the paper surface and the inclination between the two points is calculated from h/w, where (w) is the horizontal distance and (h) is the vertical distance. The paper surface is divided into strips longitudinally and laterally according to the found inclination of the paper surface and those divided areas are corrected by extents shown by arrows. Then, the read data is corrected by the inclination to output normal picture data, thus correcting the inclination in the digital picture input easily. |
