<p>PURPOSE:To make erroneous indication of the pH of an absorbing slurry negligible when a signal detecting the pH of the slurry rises suddenly and the output of a boiler or the flow rate of fuel is above a prescribed value by considering the set pH of the flurry for control to be the detected pH and controlling the amt. of the absorbing agent fed. CONSTITUTION:The pH 1 of an absorbing slurry contg. a Ca compd. is calculated with a differential computing element 2. When the pH 1 is above a set value Y and the load (x) of a boiler or the flow rate (x) of fuel is above a set value X, a timer 6 is switched on and the set pH is changed to the detected pH with a selector 7. Thus, the rise of the pH due to the dissolution of MnOX sticking to the surface of a pH electrode caused by the rise of the load of the boiler, that is, erroneous indication of the pH can be made negligible and the amt. of the absorbing agent fed can stably be controlled.</p> |
