PURPOSE:To heat and cool a room without necessitating power by a method wherein heating is effected in winter by connecting an outdoor heat collector to an indoor heat collecting and radiating device through the heat pipe while cooling is effected in summer by connecting the indoor heat collecting and radiating device to the outdoor radiator through the heat pipe. CONSTITUTION:The outdoor heat collector 4 is arranged at the outside of the building 1 and heat, collected by the collector 4, is dissipated to the indoor heat collecting and radiating devices 6, 7 through the heat pipe 8. The heat pipe 8 is provided with opening and closing means 14, 16, 17. On the other hand, the outdoor radiator 5 is arranged at the other side of the outside of the building to collect the heat in the rooms 2, 3 by the indoor heat collecting and radiating devices 6, 7 and dissipate it to the outdoor heat radiator 5 through the heat pipe 8 in summer. According to this method, cooling of the rooms 2, 3 is effected. Gas in the heat pipe, which is delivered from the indoor heat collecting and radiating devices 6, 7, passes through the heat pipe 9 and returns to the outdoor heat collector 4 or the outdoor heat radiator 5. |
