CONFERENCE ROOM MANAGEMENT EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To apply optimum management in response to the use of a conference room by interlocking the reservation of use of a conference room in a building with the control of installation such as an air-conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A telephone set 2 and a personal computer 12 as a terminal means are used and the reserved content is sent to a communication controller 8 via a communication line 6. A CPU of the communication controller 8 or a CPU of the personal computer 12 compares the reserved content to be inputted with the existing reservation state, and the management schedule is set, it is sent to a building controller 10, which applies drive control of the air- conditioner or lighting apparatus according to the management schedule. Thus, the installation of air-conditioner or lighting is subject to optimum control in response to the use of the conference room.
