PURPOSE:To suppress rush current with certainty by a simple constitution by using circuit elements constituted by forming a thick film circuit pattern coiled a belt-like superconductor film on the peripheral surface of a cylindrical substrate. CONSTITUTION:A thick film circuit pattern is formed by coiling a belt-like superconductor film 22 on the peripheral surface of a cylindrical ceramic substrate 21. In addition, magnetic cores and iron cores are housed in a cylinder section, if necessary. The thick film circuit pattern is intervened in a line that rush current flows. Thickness of the superconductor 22 and width of the pattern are determined by steady state current of a circuit used, suppressing value and the characteristic of superconductive material used. |
