A device for displaying an overtemperature of an electrical conductor, in particular in the region of a connecting point to another conductor, of a medium- or high-voltage system is constructed in the form of a component which can be mounted on the conductor (1) and has a metallic contact member (2), which can be placed on the conductor surface, as temperature sensor, as well as a display element (5, 6) which is connected to the latter by means of a solder (5). The display element is gripped by a pretensioned elastic element (7) which tends to remove it from the contact member (2). The solder (9) consists of a material whose melting point is adjacent to the lower limit of the overtemperature range of the conductor. <IMAGE> |
