PURPOSE:To improve the using efficiency of a line by controlling the length of the allowing time of a call according to the size of the calling quantity of a radio line. CONSTITUTION:The calling quantity of the radio line is measured by a calling quantity measuring part 3 of a base station 1. When the calling quantity is large, the allowing call time is set to be short by a control processing part 4 and reversely, when the calling quantity is small, the allowing call time is set to be long. Whether the call time by the radio line is over the allowing time or not is detected by a call time detecting part 5 and when it is over the allowing time, the line is forcibly cut off by a communication processing part 9. The allowing time of the call to be set in correspondence to the calling quantity is transmitted from the control signal processing part 4 through a control channel to a control part 7 of a radio terminal equipment 2. Thus, since the length of the allowing time of the call is controlled according to the size of the calling quantity, the using efficiency of the line can be improved. |
