PURPOSE:To form the device with a single-sided substrate and small by providing the inside conductor of the snaking-shaped 1/2 wavelength line at one surface side of the substrate, a closely arranged interdigital outside conductor closely arranged to one side of the inside conductor and a closely arranged interdigital shielding conductor closely arranged at other side. CONSTITUTION:A balun device 2 is formed as a well-known U-shaped balun by a conductor foil 4 provided at one surface side of an insulating substrate 3. An inside conductor 9 of the 1/2 wavelength line is composed of a series of a snaking-shaped conductor foil form a first terminal 5 to a second terminal 6. An outside conductor 10 is formed by the interdigital conductor foil arranged closely to the inside conductor 9 at one side (peripheral side of substrate 3) of the inside conductor 9. A shielding conductor 11 is formed by an interdigital conductor foil arranged closely to the inside conductor 9 at other side (central side of the substrate 3) of the inside conductor 9. Namely, at one side of the snaked inside conductor, the interdigital outside conductor is closely provided and at other side, in the same way, the interdigital shielding conductor is closely provided respectively. Thus, any part of the inside conductor is made close with the outside conductor and can be formed small. |
