The device has a branch leading to a float chamber with a closable discharge pipe through a float, for the outlet of condensed liq. The float floats up through sufficient liq. in the chamber so that only liq. from the float chamber can flow into the discharge pipe. The branch and float chamber make an angle of 45 de to the centre line of the pipe. The float chamber, branch and pipe, are all detachably fixed to each other in turn. The discharge pipe extends coaxially into the float chamber and the float has a U-shaped section with an internal guide sleeve with a gap between it and the discharge pipe. This allows the float to move while liq. flows between the pipe and float.
