PURPOSE:To realize the application of the file contents via a user program which processes only the record contained in a data area in the same way as an ordinary user file by saving the file contents into a data area of a saving data storing file for each record with separation from the file attribute, etc. CONSTITUTION:A record saving means 3 outputs the record for each one or with plural ones blocked. In this saving process, the files stored in a file memory 4 are separated into a user label 5-2 which holds the file attribute and the store area information and a saving data group 5-3. In such a saving constitution, a saving medium 5-1 is used for recovery of files by means of the label 5-2. While the group 5-3 of the medium 5-1 stores the user data for each record and no file attribute, etc. Thus it is possible to utilize the data on the medium 5-1 in the same way as an ordinary user file. |
