<p>PURPOSE:To cope with plural extended bus specifications by unifying a basic housing and an expanding housing together via a connector and providing the expansion card connectors with the expanding housing in response to various types of standard specifications. CONSTITUTION:An expanding housing 3 can be attached to and detached from a basic housing 2. Thus the optional one is available among a multi-bus specification card 8, a VME bus specification card 9 and a PC/AT bus specification card 10 with the selection of the housing 3 in response to the desired standard bus specifications. As a result, a user can freely select his/her desired function out of the expansion cards obtained on the market regardless of the limitation of the bus specifications. At the same time, many expansion cards sold on the market can be supported at the marker side to comply accurately with various user needs.</p> |
