PURPOSE:A cosmetic that contains, as a scrubbing agent, coffee which has satisfactory hardness as a scrubbing agent, gives no excessive irritation and shows very good scrubbing effect, thus giving delicate smell and being used without anxiety. CONSTITUTION:Coffee beans are roasted, crushed into 20-80 mesh, preferably about 60 mesh particles (the particles give good scrubbing effect without excessive irritation to skins), and mixed with cosmetic, or the particles are extracted with water or hot water, and the extract is made into powdery coffee or coffee essence and the powder or essence is added to cosmetic. The remaining coffee grounds are used as the scrubber. The coffee essence has effect to promote blood circulation in skins and astringe skins. |
