PURPOSE:To obtain large clamping force by constituting a clamping device, which is detachable and used for fixing at a given pressure for a given period, with a plurality of fixing side and moving side electromagnetic coils, and obtaining strong fastening force outside a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:A high temperature super conductor is used in an electromagnetic coil, fastening force is easily controlled by the control of current, and an objective is fastened in a low temperature field or without placing it in a magnetic field. A moving coil 1' is set under a fixed coil 1, and current is passed such that absorbing force is produced between both coils to push up a rod 2. Or, a moving coil 1' is set above a fixed coil 1 and current is passed such that repellent force is produced between both coils to push up a rod 2. By forming a device which produces absorbing force or repellent force, a fuel cell stack 4 accommodated in a pressure vessel 5 is pressed against an upper fastening plate 6 with the rod 2, and a desired fastening force is obtained by controlling electricity quantity. |
