<p>PURPOSE:To surely acquire a knowledge base with high efficiency in accordance with an actual physical distribution system by showing the simulation of a physical distribution system carried out based on the simulation data of the physical distribution system to a specialist and the producer of the knowledge base. CONSTITUTION:A simulation data memory means 101 is provided together with a knowledge memory means 102, a plant data memory means 103, and an inference means 104 which performs inference based on the stored knowledge of a physical distribution system 100 and plant data. A knowledge base producer acquires knowhow and experiential rules from specialists of the system 100 via interview, etc. In this case, the difference of recognition is eliminated between the knowledge producer and the specialist by the support of the simulation data obtained by simulating logically the movement of the physical distribution, i.e., the subject of the system 100 within a range set previously. Furthermore, the rules including the experiential rules, etc., can be easily obtained by an expressing method of the knowledge base.</p> |
