<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the optical characteristics required for a cyan color by coloring a pattern by the water soluble phthalocyanine compds. expressed by formula or the mixture composed. thereof. CONSTITUTION:At least one pattern is colored by the water soluble phthalocyanine compds. expressed by formula I or the mixture composed thereof. A color filter imposed with the film colored to the pattern shape on a base body is formed. In formula, R1-R4 respectively independently denote -H, -SO3M or -SO2HNR5 [R5 denotes -(CH2)nCOOM, -C2H4SO3M; (n) denotes, 2 or 3; M denotes H, alkali metal ion, etc.]. The color filter which exhibits the excellent optical characteristics in a green region when said filter is used for a liquid crystal display device, sensor, etc., and particularly in combination with a cyan or yellow dye is thereby obtd.</p> |
