PURPOSE:To improve the image quality such as the sharpness, by graininess or the color reproducibility, etc., of the titled material by incorporating a specified compd. capable of utilizing a photographic useful group in a development processing step, in the titled material. CONSTITUTION:The titled material contains the compd. shown by formula I. In formula I, HYD is a group which contains a hydrazine group and is capable of releasing a group (L1)v-B-(L2)w-PUG by the reaction with the oxdiant of a developing main agent, L1 is a group capable of releasing the group B-(L2)w- PUG, after releasing the group HYD, B is a group capable of releasing the group (L2)w-PUG by the reaction with said oxidant, L2 is a group capable of releasing the group PUG after releasing the group B, PUG is a photographic useful group, (v) and (w) are each 0 or 1. Thus, the titled material which has the excellent image quality such as the sharpness, by graininess and the color reproducibility, etc., and the high sensitivity, is obtd. |
