PURPOSE:To prevent an input error by encoding address data with separating a post number and the other data. CONSTITUTION:The address data to be bar-coded of a name card 11 are read by a bar code reader 12 and supplied to a data processor 13. In this data processor 13, the address data are converted to the real address data with using an address code converting dictionary 15, which is provided to a storage device 14, and obtained as address record data together with a necessary data index. Then, the data are stored to an address record storing part 16. The address record data are called as needed and a printing device 14 is driven. Then, an address printing, etc., is executed. |
