<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an electric shock by setting up an absorbing element for generated electricity in parallel with a magnet motor. CONSTITUTION:When a cone is turned under the state in which a supply plug 15 is drawn out, stator winding 17 breaks a revolving magnetic field of a magnet rotor 16, and currents flow in the winding. A switch movable plate 9 and a switch fixing plate 10 close a circuit at that time, and the generation of voltage between the edges 18 of the plug 15 is prevented by the absorbing element, which is connected in parallel with the magnet motor 11, such as a resistor 19. A resistance value in the case when the human body is in contact with the edges 18 of the plug 15 and only divided currents determined by the resistance value flow through the human body by the resistor 19 even when electricity is generated by the magnet motor 11. A surge absorber can also be used in place of the resistor 19 as the absorbing element.</p> |
