PURPOSE: To exert a pressure developing in stages on a part by forming spring washers from a form-memory alloy changing from a flat shape to a truncated shape on exceeding a fixed temperature range. CONSTITUTION: This device provides a stopper at a tip, and contains at least one stack of unit washers n, p assembled on a shaft I penetrating two pressure plates P1 , P2 putting a part C inbetween. These laminated washers n, p contain a series of spring washers formed from a form-memory alloy at least in a manner that the laminated washers n, p can change from a flat shape to a truncated shape on exceeding a fixed temperature range of a thermoperiod. Different numbers of washers n, p are laminated and directions of lacerated parts RA, RB, RO are changed, or incase standard washers of conventional shapes are added thereto, a pressure period, which can be changed on the predetermined part C by a large ration, can be imposed.
