PURPOSE:To obtain a reagent for evaluating wavelength accuracy which contains dichromic acid and has excellent stability of absorption spectra with age by dissolving potassium dichromate at a specific weight ratio into an aq. soln. contg. sulfuric acid and perchloric acid. CONSTITUTION:This reagent is composed by dissolving C: potassium dichromate at 0.02-0.2g/l into the aq. soln. contg. the sulfuric acid and perchloric acid. This compsn. is formed by respectively preparing an aq. perchloric acid soln. of 0.001N contg. 0.05g/l C (soln. A) and aq. sulfuric acid soln. of 0.01N contg. 0.05g/l C (soln. B) and mixing the soln. A and the soln. B at A:B=5:95 (by volume). The reagent having the extremely high stability of the absorption spectra based on the C is thereby obtd. and, therefore, the labor for preparing the reagent at every evaluation of the wavelength accuracy is eliminated and the ease of handling is assured. This reagent is useful as the reagent for a multinominal automatic biochemical analysis apparatus with which the verification of the wavelength accuracy is important. |
