<p>PURPOSE:To offer the optimum operation monitor information highly accordant with the thinking process of an operator by making use of a plant important function hierarchical model and an operation heuristic knowledge base, i.e., the experiential knowledge which are owned by the operator and a plant designer to a plant and the plant operation respectively. CONSTITUTION:A plant important function hierarchical model is obtained by collecting and arranging the knowledges of a large-scale plant function owned by an operator and a plant designer and expressing the relationship between the plant operation target defined an apex and its back-up function in the form of a hierarchy. Then said hierarchical model is stored in a memory means 12. A function is which the operator takes interest is mapped at a position on the hierarchical model. Then the mapped area is finely evaluated and decided by an arithmetic processor 14 based on the heuristic knowledge of the plant operation of the operator which is stored in the memory 12. The functioning range of said hierarchical model is obtained as the framing for offering of information. Thus the optimum operation monitor information is offered to the operator within said selected functioning range.</p> |
