The machine consists of a speed-adjusting handwheel on the shaft of which is a threaded section carrying a moveable ferrule. Hinged to this is a connecting rod which is, in turn, articulated at point to a hanging reducer driven by the operating motor through an expandable pulley on the shaft. The pulley opens or closes as a function of the tilting of reducer, varying the dia. of the transmission to the mechanism, the speed of conveyor belt and the working speed of roller which draws in the dough from the hopper.
