PURPOSE:To confirm whether the yarn of an end part is present at the inspection time of a product and to easily confirm the deterioration state of the yarn, by using at least one or more yarn having properties soluble in water and fused by steam among a large number of yarns. CONSTITUTION:A hollow tube becoming inner rubber layer 2 is extruded on a mandrel made of rubber, resin or iron and, subsequently, yarns 5a are used as reinforcing materials 4 to apply blade or spiral reinforcement. At this time, one or plural yarns 5b having properties soluble in water and fused by steam are sued among a large number of the yarns 5a. As mentioned above, by using at least one yarn 5b having properties soluble in water and fused by hot water or steam, the yarn melts to become a molten state of disappears when water or steam is generated in a hose from the terminal part thereof at the time of vulcanization. By this method, the presence of the yarns of the end part can be confirmed at the time of the inspection of a product and the deterioration state of the yarns can be easily confirmed. |
