PURPOSE:To let a dielectric porcelain composite have a high resistance and improve its reliability by baking solid solution of a specified composition in a low oxygen partial pressure atmosphere and at a specified temperature. CONSTITUTION:In a composition formula of Pb1+a(Mg1/3Nb2/3)x (Zn1/3Nb2/3)y (Zn1/2W1/2)zO3+a (where x+y+z=1), (a) is limited to be within the range of 0.001<=a<=0.15. For each value of (a) within this range, the composite shall be within the range of a rectangle formed by vertexes of following composition points of A, B, C, D in a triangular coordinates formed by vertexes of Pb1+a (Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3+a, Pb1+a(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3+a, Pb1+a(Zn1/2W1/2)O3+a. A; x=0.875, y=0.10, z=0.925, B; x=0.60, y=0.375, z=0.025, C; x=0.45, y=0.45, z=0.10, D; x=0.45, y=0.25, z=0.30. |
