PURPOSE:To provide a coffee.aerosol giving an aroma to coffee by making the coffee and subsequently giving a blow of the aerosol on the coffee, by adding a propellant gas to an oily composition consisting of a coffee oil, a medium chain fatty acid mono- or di-glyceride and an emulsifier having a high HLB. CONSTITUTION:The coffee.aerosol is prepared by dissolving a medium chain fatty acid mono- or di-glyceride and/or an emulsifier having a high HLB in a coffee oil, injecting the prepared solution into an aerosol can and further adding a propellant gas into the can. A coffee aroma and/or a coffee essence may be added into the can for increasing the aroma of the coffee. |
