PURPOSE:To enable smooth casting without any disturbance, etc., of oscillation waveform only to a mold by arranging a sliding nozzle having oblong molten steel passing through hole extended to oscillating movement direction at position between the mold and molten steel supplying part into the mold. CONSTITUTION:The sliding nozzle 5 has construction which two sliding plates 6 having oblong holes 12 extended to oscillating movement direction at the center parts are piled to upper and lower parts and the upper sliding plate 6a to a tundish 2 side and the lower sliding plate 6b to the mold 1 side are fixed, respectively. Therefore, even if the oscillating movement is given to the mold 1 at lower side, the relative dislocation according to the oscillation does not extend to the tundish 2 and tundish 2 is held to the fixed condition. Then, the oblong hole 12 is formed as extending by distance (l) corresponding to the oscillation stroke and even in the case of locating the hole at both en parts of hole by the relative dislocation, the molten steel passages A, B are secured and drawing of cast billet is executed to both end directions. |
