Device for measuring, physically and electronically, the differences between levels, in order to measure inclinations, and, by the combination of several devices, for measuring, over 360 DEG , the inclinations of a horizontal plane, for measuring, with or without the occurrence of inclination, the effects of acceleration, deceleration and centrifugal force. The device consists of two capacitors, separated and connected by two pipes, whose capacitive values vary inversely and proportionately under the effects of the change in the height of the levels, following movement of an insulating liquid from one capacitor into the other, in accordance with the principle of communicating vessels. The height of the levels, visible through the casings by virtue of the transparency, on scales expressed in degrees or in millimetres, allows calibration of the device without a measurement apparatus, direct reading of the measurement and checking of its correct operation. <IMAGE>
