发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF IMPREGNATED BASE MATERIAL FOR LAMINATES
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the properties of a laminate surrounding section in vacuum molding, the properties of a space between inner layer patterns in laminate molding, the molding properties of large laminates or heat resistance of laminates by infiltrating an organic solvent selectively into a base for laminates, applying and infiltrating heat curing resin and controlling the resin adhesion quantity in an optional position of the base. CONSTITUTION:A base material 2 for laminates is introduced from a roll 1 into a pre-impregnating tank 14 through a roll 11. At that time, an organic solvent is injected in an arbitrary position of the base material 2 for laminates by organic solvent injection device 3 and then varnish 5 of heat curing resin in the resin impregnating tank 14 through a dip roll 6 is applied and infiltrated. An organic solvent tank 4 and a pump 17 are connected with the injection device 3 and controlled by a control device 16. Varnish 7 of heat curing resin is put in a resin impregnating tank 15, and the varnish 7 is applied and infiltrated into the base 2 for laminates through a dip roll 8. After that, the resin adhesion quantity is adjusted by the base 2 for laminates impregnated with varnish 7 through squeezing rolls 9, fed into a drying tower 10, heat dried and semi- cured.
