PURPOSE:To learn a time for changing over from an overshot value to the set point, prevent overheating and shorten come up time, by sampling temperature characteristics of a treated product in a heating time. CONSTITUTION:A step of once changing an overshot value (SP+OS) to the set point (SP) and returning the value to the overshot value (SP+OS) is adopted in a heating step of setting the set point (SP) at the overshot value (SP+OS), increasing temperature and returning the value to the set point (SP) after a given time. Thereby sampling can be carried out for temperature increasing characteristics of a treated product. |
