PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound without containing chlorine in high yield in a short time, by reacting a chlorinated phosphazene polymer with a polymerizable unsaturated bond-containing hydroxy compound by a specific method. CONSTITUTION:A solution of a chlorinated phosphazene polymer in a water- immisible organic solvent is mixed with an aqueous solution containing a polymerizable unsaturated bond-containing hydroxy compound and an alkaline (earth) metallic hydroxide together and reacted, preferably at 40-60 deg.C to afford the aimed compound. Furthermore, 2-hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate, etc., are preferred as the above-mentioned polymerizable unsaturated bond-containing hydroxy compound. For example, benzene, etc., are used as the afore-mentioned organic solvent. |
