摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a composite material of fiber-reinforced epoxy resin with high tenacity by laminating a plurality of reinforced epoxy resin prepregs containing an interleaf which consists of a fiber-reinforced epoxy resin matrix and a corona-discharge processed, and/or matte-processed polyimido film. CONSTITUTION:A composite material of fiber-reinforced epoxy resin is manufacture by laminating a plurality of fiber-reinforced epoxy resin prepregs which contain an interleaf consisting of a fiber-reinforced epoxy resin matrix and corona discharge-processed and/or matte-processed polyimido film. The interleaf 1 consisting of polyimido film and fiber-reinforced epoxy resin 2 are integrally laminated. As the interleaf 1 is made of polyimido film with the discharge- processed surface and is matte-processed, the interleaf 1 itself has superior heat resistance, tensile strength and tenacity. Furthermore, an adhesive force between film and the fiber-reinforced epoxy resin matrix is very strong. Therefore, the composite material has high tenacity.</p>
