<p>PURPOSE: To extend the life and raise the reliability of a plate valve by constituting a valve plate with a closure plate of soft material and a guide plate of hard material. CONSTITUTION: A plate valve comprises a valve seat 1 and a valve guard 2. The valve guard 2 is fixed on the valve seat 1 by a screw 3. A medium is controlled by a valve plate 7. The plate 7 comprises a closure plate 14 and a guide plate 15. The closure plate 14 facing the valve seat 1 is made of a material softer than the guide plate 15 such as plastics and controls a passage 6 of the valve seat 1. The guide plate 15 of hard material such as steel faces the valve guard 2, and supports and stabilizes the closure plate 14 of a material with lower rigidity. Moreover, spring function is generated by a damper plate 10.</p> |
