PURPOSE:To make packaging technique of high level with a counter-measure for noise prevention or rounding prevention for an input signal unnecessary by constituting an image pickup part, a vertical and a horizontal scanning circuits, a horizontal clock generation circuit, and a counter circuit on the same semiconductor substrate. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted of the counter circuit 2 which inputs the input signal FDX, the vertical scanning circuit 3, the image pickup part 4 in which photoelectric converting elements are arranged in rows and columns in matrix shape, the horizontal clock generation circuit 5 which inputs a reference clock signal FCX, and the horizontal scanning circuit 6, and those circuits are manufactured on the same semiconductor substrate. Since no packaging technique with high level, complicated circuit constitution, and complicated pulse control are required and a counter is provided in the inside, the image pickup part can be driven easily. Furthermore, when the titled device is applied in a camera, since wiring connecting between a camera head part and a camera control part can be reduced remarkably, the packaging density of a camera main body is improved, which provides a wide range of application. |
