PURPOSE:To adjust parallelism of a mold mounting surface easily by mounting guide devices on the left and right of a movable die plate, mounting movable die plates on the left and right guide devices and connecting with pins the guide devices and the movable die plates at the four positions in front and rear and left and right in a manner to pivot respectively. CONSTITUTION:Supports 106 are fixed on the left and right of a foot section of a movable die plate 104 to support the movable die plate 104, and a guide mounting plate 107 mounts a guide block 108, while the guide block 108 is mounted on a guide rail 109. The movable die plate 104 is mounted on a base 101 and connected with a fixed die plate 102 by a mold opening and closing cylinder 115 to connect wit mold opening and closing, or moving forward and backward. The parallelism of die mounting surfaces of the movable die plate 104 and the fixed die plate 102 can be adjusted by changing the degree of screwing of a stopper bolt 112 provided at the end of support die plates 106 on the left and right of the foot section of the movable die plate 104 and pivoting to some extent the movable die plate 104 by means of relative deviation between the support 106 and a guide mounting plate 107. |
