PURPOSE:To check a steep surge to be produced at the time of arcing by installing an operating mechanism and a vacuum valve, and setting up a cylindrical body made up of ferrite, in a main circuit component of this vacuum valve. CONSTITUTION:An operating mechanism 2 is clamped to the front side of a frame, a vacuum valve 4 is attached to the backside of this operating mechanism 2, while an upper main circuit conductor 6 is connected to a fixed current- energizing shaft 5 of this vacuum valve 4 and a lower main circuit conductor 9 to a movable current-energizing shaft 7 via a flexible conductor 8, respectively, and main circuit breaker parts 10, 10 for being connected to a main circuit conductor of an enclosed switchboard are attached to each tip of these upper and lower circuit conductors 6, 9. On the other hand, an insulating operation rod 11 is connected to a lower end of the movable current-energizing shaft 7, making it connect a lever 12 of the operating mechanism 2. In addition, a ferrite ring 13 is insertingly attached to the upper main circuit conductor 6. Likewise, the ferrite ring 13 is insertingly attached to the lower main circuit conductor 9 as well. |
